Founded AB Value by acquiring Ant Capital Partners' international operation in September 2015. Shunsa has been leading Ant Capital Partners' secondary team since its inception in 2003 and later extended to Taiwan and Singapore. Prior to that, Shunsa worked at Industrial Bank of Japan (now Mizuho Bank) and at McKinsey & Company in Japan and Taiwan. Shunsa holds an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley's Haas School of Business.

Dennis co-founded AB Value together with Shunsa Hayashi in 2015. Dennis has been leading the investment team in Taiwan since 2006. Previously he worked for Far Eastern Department Stores (2903TT), Walsin China Investment in China and Primasia Securities. Dennis holds an MBA from National Taiwan University.

Agnes joined AB Value in 2007.  In 2016, Agnes was promoted to Partner to lead the investment and fund raising activities. Previously, she worked for WI Harper Venture Group, Uni-President Asset Management and HSBC Asset Management. Agnes holds a Certified Senior Securities Specialist License and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from National Taiwan University.

Julie joined AB Value in 2012 and led the post-management team for over 10 years. Before that, she worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers Taiwan and C.G. Uhlenburg LLP located in California, U.S.. Julie holds the Certified Public Accountant qualification both in Taiwan and U.S. and holds a Master’s Degree in Accountancy from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign

Pamela rejoined AB Value Capital in 2020 as a member of the investment team and also assists in fundraising. Prior to AB Value, she was an investment banker at CIMB Securities and Royal Bank of Scotland in Hong Kong. Before that, she worked for Ant Capital and KPMG Financial Advisory Services. Pamela holds an MBA degree from Stanford University, Graduate School of Business and a dual degree of B.B.A. of Finance and L.L.B. from National Taiwan University.

Vicky joined AB Value in 2010 and was responsible for fund administration function in the post-management team. Prior to that, she worked as an auditor in KPMG Taiwan. Vicky holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from University of Utah.

Joseph joined  AB Value in 2023. Prior to AB Value, he worked for Integrity Capital Management, where he invested in software, fintech, and semiconductor companies across the U.S. and Europe. Before that, he worked at MetLife Investment Management in Hong Kong. Joseph holds an MBA degree from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BBA degree in Accounting from National Taiwan University.

Allen joined AB Value in mid 2021 and before that, he worked as Management Associate in Cathay United Bank in Taipei, Taiwan.  Allen holds a bachelor degree in International Business from National Chengchi University.

Hans joined AB Value in 2021 as intern and returned as a full-time Associate in 2022. Hans holds a bachelor degree in Finance from National Taiwan University.

Sharon joined AB Value in 2019 as an intern and returned as a full-time Associate in the post-management team in 2022 after working at PricewaterhouseCoopers Taiwan for two years. Sharon holds a bachelor degree in Finance and Accounting from Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University in Japan.

Cynthia joined AB Value in 2020 as an intern and returned as a full-time Associate upon her graduation in mid 2022. Cynthia holds a Business Administration degree in Economics with minors in Business and Mathematics from Brandeis University.

Jumpei joined AB Value as an intern and returned as a full-time Associate in 2023. He has the Certified Public Accountant qualification in the U.S. and holds a Master of Accounting degree from National Taiwan University

Liang Hao joined AB Value in 2023 as a full-time Associate. This follows his two-year stint at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as an Associate in the Private Bank (Singapore). Liang Hao holds a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy, Politics & Economics from King’s College London, UK.
