On behalf of all the members of AB Value Capital Partners, we are delighted to announce the successful final close of AB Value Bridge VI, L.P. (the "Fund VI"), with capital commitments of $100 million, achieving the fundraising hardcap as of December 29th 2017. Fund VI was launched in December 2016, and reached the final close after twelve months in the market. We appreciate the support from our existing and new investors, from Japan, Taiwan and from overseas, including corporate pension funds, family offices, and corporations.

Jones Day served as the legal counsel, and PwC served as the auditor for Fund VI.
